According to information published on the Twitter account of "Jakub Spyrka" on July 12, 2022, Poland could give Ukraine 232 PT-91 Twardy Main Battle Tanks in exchange for American-made M1 Abrams tanks. Citing information from Jakub Spyrka, the Abrams M1A1 tanks that would be given to Ukraine could be the tanks that were recently withdrawn from service from the U.S. Marine Corps.

According to information published by the Spanish defense website "InfoDefensa" on July 12, 2022, the Spanish Ministry of Defense María Margarita Robles Fernández negotiates a possible donation to Ukraine of 10 Leopard 2A4 Main Battle Tank (MBT) and 20 M113 tracked APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) vehicles. All these combat vehicles will come from the Spanish military inventory.

According to Defense Studies, Malaysian and Turkish officials from both the government and private sectors on July 5 signed seven Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) in various fields in the presence of the two countries' leaders. The project is for three batteries, the first delivery will be two batteries", Air Force spokesperson Col. Maynard Mariano said in a message to the Philippine News Agency Tuesday. A battery consists of three or more missile launchers.

During the military parade for the 60 years of Algeria's independence that was held on July 5, 2022, the Algerian army showcased their recent military acquisitions including the Russian-made S-300 PMU2 air defense missile system but based on the BAZ-6402-01 6x6 truck which towed a trailer with four ready-to-launch missile containers. The Russian version of the S-300 PMU2 is based on the MAZ-7910 8x8 truck chassis.

The Norwegian Defense Materiel Agency (NDMA, Forsvarsbygg) has asked Swedish company MilDef to upgrade its fleet of M113 armored personnel carriers for $7.8 million (82 MSEK), several media reported on July 6. According to the company, this is a follow-up order on an existing program and a mid-life upgrade of armored vehicles in the M113 series.
