Anos was working with the Turkish company Cukurova Defense on the vehicle's design. Another interesting note is the logo on the vehicle's hood, which doesn't look like the logo of Anos, but of the Philippine Government Arsenal, Defense Studies writes.

Anos is trying to win the Philippine Army's Light Tactical Vehicle Acquisition Project and the Philippine Navy (Marines) Tactical Combat Vehicle Acquisition Project, both of which are Horizon 2 projects under RAFPMP. Both projects are currently delayed, maybe due to giving chance to local companies to catch up as they develop their own armored vehicles.

Anos Research Manufacturing is a Filipino-owned corporation established in 1974 by the late inventor-laureate Alfredo M. Anos Sr., a Filipino inventor who has been given two gold medals by the world intellectual property organization (WIPO) based in Geneva, Switzerland. The company started as a manufacturer and distributor of centrifugal pumps in 1974.
