Leading with the AGEMA UGV range, with at least five vehicles being showcased at IDEX 2021, the strategic relocation to Tawazun Industrial Park will allow Milanion to streamline and increase manufacturing capability, whilst focusing on R&D to develop new innovative autonomous technologies. Milanion CEO, Davinder Dogra said: “We are proud to announce our move to the secure Tawazun Industrial Park in Abu Dhabi, the premier hub for Defence sector manufacturing in the region”. He added, “This achievement will allow us to more than double our production capacity in line with local and international interest in our unmanned technologies and platforms”.
A part of Tawazun Economic Council, TIP hosts a number of Global Defence Manufacturing enterprises. Milanion’s facility will serve as a hub for the development and manufacture of a range of defence and security-related products with an initial focus on unmanned ground vehicles (UGV’s). “TIP’s vision is to be the leading industrial zone in the strategic sectors that are our focus. Our target industries are market leaders with an objective to build skills, expertise, products and systems within the UAE.
