On December 3, 2023, the "Iran Defense" Twitter account released images of Iran's deployment of its main battle tank, the Karrar MBT. These images showcased five Karrar MBTs being transported on Volvo FH-16 trucks heading towards Khuzestan Province, headquarters to the 92nd Armored Division of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army (NEZAJA). As reported by "WirtschaftsWoche", the company's CEO, Armin Papperger, revealed plans for the production of advanced armored vehicles, including the Fuchs 6x6 and KF41 Lynx Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFVs), in an interview published on December 2, 2023.

In a landmark event for Singapore's military capabilities, on November 29, 2023, the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) celebrated the attainment of Full Operational Capability (FOC) status for its SAMP/T Aster 30 Medium-range Surface-to-Air Defense Missile (MSAM) system. On November 28, 2023, a key meeting was held at the General Staff of the Army (GES), where representatives from the Italian defense company Leonardo presented their proposal for the upgrade and modernization of the Greek Leopard 1A5 tanks.

The Joint Command of the Peruvian Armed Forces has made a significant arms purchase, concluding a contract with the company Emtan Karmiel Ltd., an Israeli manufacturer of small arms and rifles for armies and law enforcement agencies, for the acquisition of 540 Ramon pistols of 9x19 mm caliber. The total amount of the agreement amounts to $472,500, setting the unit price of each pistol at $875

The Republic of Latvia has concluded an agreement with the German defense contractor Diehl Defence for the acquisition of the IRIS-T medium-range air defense system. The deal, finalized on November 30, represents a strategic enhancement of Latvia's defense capabilities, with the order valued at approximately 600 million euros.
