A picture was released on the "Ukraine Weapons Tracker" Twitter account on December 28, 2022, showing new Panthera T6 4x4 armored vehicles on a train car that was reportedly for delivery to Ukraine. The vehicle is designed and developed by Minerva Special Purpose Vehicles (MSPV) based in the United Arab Emirates, which also has manufacturing plants in different countries around the world.

The Panthera T6 is a 4x4 Armored Personnel Carrier (APC) vehicle designed and manufactured by the company Minerva Special Purpose Vehicles (MSPV), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Panthera T-6 is based on a civilian Toyota 79-series 4×4 chassis offering high mobility in urban and cross-country conditions. The vehicle is designed to be used for patrol and border missions and can be also configured as an APC.
The design of the Panthera T-6 is conventional with the engine at the front, the crew at the front of the hull, and the troop's compartment a the rear. The crew consists of one driver and commander and the rear part of the vehicle can accommodate up to six soldiers with space for mission equipment.
The T-6 is available in various configurations and the hull of the vehicle offers protection against the firing of assault rifles to levels CEN1063/1522 BR6/FB6 or BR7/FB7, and against the blast explosion of two DM51 hand grenades under the floor.
The roof of the vehicle is fitted with a one-man open-top turret which can be armed with one 7.62mm or 12.7mm machine gun.
