President Vladimir Putin announced on April 20 that his country successfully test-launched an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) with the potential to carry a large nuclear payload, but the Pentagon said it was not a significant threat to the United States, just routine. At the Pentagon on April 20 for a meeting with Secretary of Defense Lloyd J.
