The council has ordered that work on a new draft national security concept be concluded and the document be submitted to the president within three weeks. A new draft military doctrine should be ready within three months since the national security concept has been approved by the president.
The Ukrainian cabinet should also approve the state arms development program for 2011-2015 within a month since the new military doctrine has been approved.
