The Q-53 is a new generation radar system with the flexibility to adapt to harsh environments and changing missions. In today's rapidly evolving security landscape of unconventional battlefields and irregular warfare, soldiers need to quickly locate and neutralize mortar and rocket threats. In a recent demonstration, the Q-53 radar showed it can be readily adapted to provide both air surveillance and Counter-Rocket, Artillery, Mortar (C-RAM) in one tactical sensor.

"We are thrilled to maintain the commitment and confidence from Lockheed Martin with the award of our fifth contract to deliver Q-53 systems," said Craig Von Ilten, VP Business Development for Trust Automation. "We are honored to support our troops with the most innovative and reliable technology available."
