China donates 27 Tiger 4x4 armoured vehicles and 4 anti-riot vehicles to Bolivian armed forces.
China donates 31 wheeled armoured vehicles to Bolivian armed forces, including 27 4x4 armoured vehicles personnel carrier Tiger manufactured by the Chinese Defense Company Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles Manufacturing and four anti-riot vehicles.

The official ceremony July 27, 2016, for the delivery of Chinese-made Tiger 4x4 APC (Armoured Personnel Carrier) to Bolivian armed forces.
     
An official ceremony was held, July 27, 2016, in La Paz attended by China's Ambassador to Bolivia Wu Yuanshan and military officers from the Bolivian Ministry of Defense.
 

According Janes website, five APCs and one crowd-control/command car will be transferred to the air force and another six vehicles of similar configuration will be given to the navy. The army will receive the remaining 19 vehicles.

The Tiger is a 4x4 armoured vehicle personnel carrier (APC) designed and manufactured by the Chinese defense Company Shaanxi Baoji Special Vehicles Manufacturing. The vehicle was unveiled for the first time during at Eurosatory defense exhibition in 2012.

The Tiger APC has a crew of 2, which consists of the commander and driver, and can carry 9 fully equipped infantrymen. The vehicle has already undergone extensive off-road tests, and has shown great mobility on all terrains and in all-weather conditions.

The Tiger can be armed with a 7.62mm, 12.7mm machine gun or 30mm automatic grenade launcher. The all-welded steel armour of the Tiger 4x4 provides a protection on the front against 7.62mm piercing bullets of Type 53 assault rifle and 7.62 mm bullet on side at 100m.
