Rosomak is a 8x8 wheeled armoured modular vehicle based on the first generation of Patria AMV product family, which combines high payload capacity with versatile technology. These features enable the simultaneous integration of a high level protection with heavy weapon systems without compromising the mobility of the vehicle.

The agreement enables parties to take the good cooperation started already in 2003 even further. Under the terms of the new contract WZM receives license rights to manufacture Rosomaks until 2023 and maintenance rights until 2052. Patria retains the full rights to the Rosomak and continues as the sole source provider of the most critical vehicle components.

Rosomaks have successfully been used by the Polish Army in Afghanistan.
