"Being a universal platform, Kurganets-25 can bear varying weapons and systems, provided they are suitable for the сhassis in terms of their dimensions and weight. For instance, Kurganets-25 can be turned into a self-propelled artillery vehicle or a vehicle serving the staff, reconnaissance or NBC defense purposes.

According to High-Precision Systems, the design process of the Kurganets-25 family fully meets the schedule. "All processes relating to Kurganets-25 are controlled by the Ministry of Defense as the product owner. We comply with our designing obligations, <...> as determined by applicable documentation," says the press office.

Kurganets-25 is viewed as a promising infantry fighting vehicle for Russia’s Armed Forces. The armored personnel carrier has been designed by the Special Design Bureau for Machine Engineering (SKBM) and Kurganmashzavod company, which are part of the High Precision Weapons Holding. The special-purpose camouflage has been developed by theLAB National Center for Industrial Design and Innovations.
