More than 50 people have been killed this month in clashes between pro- and anti-Aristide gangs in Bel-Air and other slums where the former president had strong support.

During this day we could admire professionalism and serious men of the regiment at the time of the dynamic demonstration which implemented the means of crossing of this unit. With the association of the city of Angers where is based the unit, a part of the equipment of the 6° Engineer were deployed in the center of the city.
