For the last two weeks, the Experimentation Branch of the Maneuver Support Battle Lab at Fort Leonard Wood has been putting emerging technology to the test during this year’s Maneuver, Support, Sustainment and Protection Integration eXperiments, commonly referred to as MSSPIX. The Chinese Ministry of Defense has announced that the 71st Army Group of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) has been equipped with the next-generation PZH-11 Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) as well as air defense missiles, command vehicles, and ammunition supply vehicles. According to a video published by the Chinese Ministry of Defense, the 71st Air Defense Brigade of the 71st Group Army of the PLA (People's Liberation Army) has received new military equipment including an improved version of the CS/SA5 Self-Propelled Anti-Aircraft Gun (SPAAG) based on new 8x8 armored vehicle developed and designed by the Chinese company NORINCO (China North Industries Group Corporation Limited).

The German company Rheinmetall has introduced its Light Air Assault Vehicle called Caracal, primarily engineered and created for airborne forces and Special Operations tasks. With its primary focus on airborne and special operations missions, the compact Caracal 4x4 vehicle ensures operators remain nimble and dominant thanks to its speed, low-visibility profile, adaptable protection, and an array of weaponry.

The French Army DGA (Directorate General of Armaments) announced on March 30, 2023, via its Twitter account, the qualification of the SDPMAC (pyrotechnic mine-clearing system for anti-tank mines) mounted on an AMX-30 tank tracked chassis in the VULCAIN version. This version is derived from the upgraded SDPMAC system and incorporates new equipment and enhanced protection.
