The SS-21 Scarab (Russian name: 9M79 "Tochka") is a Russian-made short-range mobile ballistic missile. The Tochka-U is an improved version of the Tochka using a new missile propellant to increase the range to 120 km and an improved CEP (Circular Error Probable) to less than 95 m. The improved Scarab B (Tochka-U) passed state tests from 1986 to 1988 and was introduced in 1989.

The Topol-M SS-27 has a newly developed first stage, which is wider and heavier than that used on the SS-25, It is also an intercontinental ballistic missile mounted to a truck chassis. Russian accounts have stressed the invulnerability of the new missile to anti-ballistic missile defenses, and the missile has a more energetic first-stage engine and incorporates a new warhead and re-entry vehicle.

The Tor-M2 is a short range air defense missile system, designed by the Russian Company Almaz-Antey. The TOR-M2 / M2E is designed to attack aircraft, helicopters, aerodynamic UAVs, guided missiles and other components of high precision weapons flying at medium, low and extremely low altitudes i adverse air and jamming environment. The Tor-M2 missile system can be mounted on wheeled or tracked chassis.

The TOR-M2DT is a Russian-made short-range air defense missile system using the TOR-M2 missile launcher station. The system is specially designed to be used for the Arctic region based on the chassis of the DT-30PM tracked all-terrain vehicle which consists of two tracked vehicle units linked by a steering mechanism.

The TOR-M2U is an upgraded version of the TOR-M2 short-range air defense missile system. The TOR-M2U is equipped with a new battlefield missile system with better algorithms to recognize, classify and prioritize targets and able to engage four threats simultaneously.
