Le Sisu XA-186 est un véhicule blindé transport de troupe. Une petite tourelle est montée au centre du toit de la coque, elle est armée d'une mitrailleuse d'un calibre de 7,62 mm. Un phare à lumière blanche est monté sur le côté droit de la tourelle.
