With the recent opening of is newest, state-of-the-art, 35,000 sq. m. manufacturing facility, IAG now have the capability of producing up to 300 vehicles per month, increasing its production capacity by 40%. Additionally, larger sheltered area has an increased capacity to accommodate up to 600 armored vehicles in stock.

The Guardian has been armored to Level CEN B6, and boasts a powerful V8 turbocharged diesel engine with automatic transmission and a 4x4 drive train generating up to 400 HP. It has the capability to be armored up to Level CEN B7 (NIJ IV) or STANAG Level III with the help of Add on Armoring.

Normally the power to weight ratio for military vehicles is between 20-25 HP/ton while for IAG Guardian it is 40 HP/ton which makes it even more efficient and capable. The standard features of the Guardian include a heavy duty upgraded suspension system including sway bars, upgraded heavy duty brakes, a heavy duty steering column, a reinforced chassis and an upgraded axle.

IAG has delivered thousands of different versions of the Guardian APC across the globe and have been well proven and tested in the theatre. This version of the Guardian APC is currently deployed in Syria and Iraq fighting off various insurgent and terror factions in that region.

The second armoured vehicle showed by IAG at Milipol 2015 is the IAG JAWS APC, a dynamic and versatile military vehicle built on the Toyota Land Cruiser 200 chassis and available in various fuel types, engine and transmission configurations and also available in both Left and Right Hand Drive.

The standard features include an upgraded heavy duty suspension system, upgraded brakes, floor protection against IEDs and landmines, 360 degree door overlaps at all door apertures, a 3-point door locking mechanism offering extra protection in the event of a possible blast, customized heavy duty hinges and a powerful internal climate control system.

This vehicle is designed to accommodate eight fully geared personnel with an installed four point harness seatbelts system. The reasonably compact size of this vehicle makes it instrumental to operate in both an urban and suburban area. Additionally, being based on a Toyota Land Cruiser 200 chassis, the JAWS APC is a favorite choice of many military and defense establishments across the world especially when it comes down to the low cost of maintenance, availability of spare parts and the ease of service worldwide.

All IAG vehicles and APCs are fully customizable upon the specific or individual requirements of the client. Upon request, IAG is able to meet and equip various military and/or law enforcement vehicles with customized needs by offering certain packages that include, but not limited to, features such as: a 360 degree rotating turret with provision for a weapons mount, smoke grenade launchers, emergency roof exit, security and surveillance cameras, VHF communication systems, Centre tire inflation system, and so on.
