China and Serbia vow to strengthen military cooperation
Chinese Defense Minister Chang Wanquan met with Serbian Defence Minister Bratislav Gasic in Beijing on Monday, vowing to push forward pragmatic cooperation between the two country's armed forces. Chang said their bilateral strategic partnership has deepened in recent years, with exchanges and cooperation between the two armed forces maintaining healthy development.

Chang said their bilateral strategic partnership has deepened in recent years, with exchanges and cooperation between the two armed forces maintaining healthy development.
     
China is willing to work with Serbia to enhance mutual trust and push forward pragmatic cooperation in international peace-keeping, personnel training and military academic, said Chang.

Gasic said developing relationship with China is one of the four pillars of Serbia's foreign policy.

Serbia is willing to work with China to push forward the development of Serbia-China strategic partnership and bilateral military ties, he said.
