Profile |
| The
RENK Group and its French subsidiary SESM, are world
leaders in the development and manufacture of automatic
high-performance transmissions for all types of
military tracked vehicles up to 70 tonnes.
A
complete range of compact and modular transmissions
from 300 to 1300kW fulfills the requirements of
many armies in the world.
All
the transmissions and powerpacks offered by SESM
improve significantly the mobility, the reliability
and the operational availability of the vehicles.
Located
in Paris suburbs at 30 minutes from Roissy CDG airport,
SESM is equipped with modern test facilities which
enable to reproduce all-field conditions.
The test benches, of a maximum power of 1100 kW,
can receive either gearboxes or complete powerpacks.
With
a lot of experiences all over the world, SESM propose
a complete follow-up and a technical assistance
on site for the integration of the SESM products
in the vehicles.
A
training center is dedicated to the preventive and
corrective maintenance teaching, up to the industrial
level.

Powerpack for T-72/T-90 and derivatives |
Suitable
for upgrades and new production programs,
including an innovative automatic transmission,
an optimized cooling system for desert conditions,
and a maximum 1200hp engine, it leads to superior
mobility and higher reliability.
Already available in Malaysian MBT PT-91M,
the powerpack can be exchanged in the field
in less than one hour, offering higher fleet-availability
and reduced operating costs

mobility of the AMX-30 and its derivatives
(like Shahine), can be upgraded to the AMX-30B2
