The
F@stnet-Twin is a lightweight radio that embeds
two independent channels. Based on a flexible module
approach providing a high end performance VHF solution
and a flexible UHF module, the F@stnet-Twin answers
to various operational requirements:
• Support of high performances PR4G F@stnet
VHF waveform
• Support of ST@R Mille advanced soldier UHF
waveform
• Support of high data rate UHF waveforms
for continuity with mobile ad hoc vehicle flat IP
networks
• Interoperability with public safety forces
The F@stnet-Twin can be offered with a wireline
or wireless remote control unit (Watcher) and with
a multi-service terminal providing e-mail, file
transfer, tactical messaging, remote control and
Friendly Force Information applications.
The
PR4G F@stnet waveform is a multi-mode VHF
waveform providing efficient ECCM solution
with fast frequency hopping, CNR mode for
voice or data traffic and the unique MUX
mode boosted by the new SuperMux features
having data capacity at 21.6 kbps while
ensuring voice connection.

SOLDIER ST@R Mille WAVEFORM
The
ST@R Mille waveform provides wide range
of communication services for intra-squad
or intraplatoon networks and greatly enhances
the coordination and situation awareness
of soldiers. It features simultaneous voice,
position/alert reporting and data services
thanks to its high data rate capability.

F@stnet-Twin provides number of waveforms
