Hello GunMan,
If you see in details the first pictures of TAB-71 and the first picture of TAB-77 is not the same vehicle, see the sides and the front of the vehicle.
Two models of TAB-77 ?

TAB-77 chassis BTR-70
TAB-77 M1983 with 30mm gun
TAB-77 M1984 with 23mm gun
For the first picture, probably TAB-71M (must be confirmed) |

That's an odd vehicle. Looks like they put the turret of an TAB-71A R-1451 or -52 on the hull of an TAB-77A R-1452. |
