GlobalSys proposes best audio quality in the market for military and governmental aviation applications

Since the French company GlobalSys started its activity almost 25 years ago, innovation has been a key driver to propose new features and functionalities, nowadays offered through its Airlink 3085IA range. The company showcases new functionalities that have been requested by many different armed and governmental forces around the world (so to equip rescue swimmers, firefighters, air medical crews, maintenance operators, etc.).

Within the UK, GlobalSys’ systems are in service with Lockheed Martin and Babcock International, improving their communication between operational teams thanks to wireless technology with a 300 meters (LOS) range, in full-duplex.

Its mobile unit is a very unique item as it offers lot of new functionalities. Remote recognition and connection is a feature that offers the possibility to wirelessly log in (upon demand) to one or another helicopter (any HC), and then communicate with, in a safe and reliable manner. The range extension (half-duplex) was a requirement by several of our global customers, so to be able to replace the standard VHF or UHF radios used in many cases, and consequently reduce the number of systems they have to carry during their missions. This extension is capable of establishing radio communication with a range up to 3 kilometers (without need for Radio License), between equipped Mobiles.

GlobalSys also proposes the Bluetooth option allowing users to connect (cordlessly) a Bluetooth-enabled radio or a Smartphone to the company’s Airlink system. Moreover, GlobalSys seriously improved its existing wireless headset, very well spread within the civil aviation sector, in particular for ramp duties(Menzies, British Airways/ Heathrow…), so to propose a best-of-class integrated wireless headset including an amazing 32 decibels passive noise reduction and a 4-level active noise reduction that allow any technician or ground operator to very efficiently communicate within any noisy environment.
