Canada announced on February 28 that it will send anti-tank weapons, ammunition and money to Ukraine as it continued to condemn Russian aggression against the beleaguered country: "We announced that we would be sending new shipments of military supplies, including body armor, helmets, gas masks and night vision goggles," Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said at a press conference carried live by Canadian news websites. "Today we are announcing that we will be supplying Ukraine with anti-tank weapons systems and upgraded ammunition."

According to Infodefensa, the Spanish company Instalaza has signed a contract with the Estonian Center for Defense Investment (ECDI) to supply the Armed Forces of this Baltic country with a batch of 5,942 C-90-CR-RB anti-tank rocket launchers. This contract, together with previous orders for the C90 - the dual-purpose version CR-AM (M3.5) -, is part of an ongoing framework agreement.

As reported by LSM public broadcasting of Latvia, the Latvian government on March 1 approved allocating EUR 1.2 million from the state budget's contingency funds to support the Ukrainian armed forces. The Foreign Ministry says that, in reaction to the unprovoked Russian invasion of Ukraine, an extraordinary informal meeting of the European Union's Foreign Affairs Council was convened on February 27 to reach a political agreement on giving EUR 500 million to the Ukrainian military from the European Peace Facility.

Marlborough Communications Ltd (MCL) and its technology partner Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) have been awarded a contract to deliver demonstrations of their highly-automated ground and air resupply network, providing innovative capability based on the latest autonomous technology as part of Project Theseus. This contract with Future Capabilities Group within the Ministry of Defence is the second contract win for MCL and IAI. it further cements the positive relationship between the two organisations.
