NightFighter is a fully integrated portable C-UAV solution that can be deployed rapidly in the field by one or two operators. The effector unit features a dual RF antenna array, sighting device, pistol grip and adjustable forward handgrip for comfortable, precise operation.
Linked to the effector via military specification connectors, electronics and rechargeable batteries are contained within NightFighter’s ergonomically designed X-pack carry system that is robustly constructed, and EMC shielded for dependable performance in a wide range of operating environments. A choice of custom X-Pack designs and finishes can be specified to suit different operating environments.
System control is via a ruggedized tablet and an intuitive touchscreen interface. The NightFighter® Counter-UAV effector system is a world-leading tactical aerial first response solution, enabling operators to safeguard sensitive installations against all modes of UAV intrusion including counter-surveillance and hostile intent.
The NightFighter counter aerial drone system is available in three variants including versions S, X and L. The NightFighter S is a compact, man-portable system. Broad-spectrum RF coverage demonstrated effectiveness against drone threats at distances in excess of 2.5 km.
The NightFighter L is the long-range version in the NightFighter family with broad-spectrum RF coverage, demonstrated effective against drone threats at distances in excess of 5 km. A highly directional RF antenna provides a finely focused beam.
The NightFighter X is a highly portable ‘all-in-one’ solution that can be body-worn for omni-directional personal protection against commercial off-the-shelf drone threats. NightFighter X can also be connected to the NightFighter®RF antenna array, handgrip and sight for long-range directional deployment.
