French Armored Joint Tactical Subgroup with Leclerc MBT and VBCI AIFV on way to Poland
On April 23, a French armored joint tactical subgroup with, among others 15 Leclerc Main Battle Tanks and 4 VBCI armored infantry fighting vehicles, left France to be deployed on Poland. During two months, the French unit will conduct joint-training with Polish and allied units.

This armored joint tactical subgroup consists of a tank company of 15 Leclerc Main Battle Tanks, a mechanized infantry platoon mounted on 4VBCI 8x8 Armored Infantry Fighting Vehicles VBCI 8x8 Armored Infantry Fighting Vehicles, 3VAB Armored Personnel Carriers and EBG armoured engineering vehicle.

Deploying some of its best material is a strong signal sent to France's allies in Central and Eastern Europe.
