Japan Cell presents its new ALPHA-1 portable searchlight illumination at APHS 2015
At APHS 2015 the Asia Pacific Homeland Security Show currently taking place in Singapore, Japanese company Japan Cell presents its new product the ALPHA-1. It is a portable, an high-intensity searchlight designed for long range illumination. Unveiled in Eurosatory last year, the ALPHA-1 is currently in use with Japan Police and being considered by the Japan's Coast Guards.

The ALPHA-1 is specifically designed to handle like a rife-easy to comfortable. This can be used as high intensity searchlight for disaster relief.

The ALPHA-1 has a high power LED of 2.7 million candela for a 1.5 km long range illumination and 50 minutes illumination time. It is equiped with a li-ferrite rechargeable compact battery and high power out-up. Water and dust proof property (IP66 class) and high portability with a weight of 4.0 kg.

The ALPAHA-1 is used for night illumination in the disaster site, search and rescue operation at night sea, water and mountain, inspection and maintenance for inside of shaft furnace and night guard patrol.
