At AAD 2018, the MILKOR 4x4 armored vehicle was showed in APC (Armored Personnel Carrier) configuration that can accommodate 10 people including driver and commander. According to MILKOR project manager, the company has already received a first order for the vehicle.

The MILKOR 4x4 uses a monocoque structure with a body shell built up from armor plates, rather than attaching them to a frame. This reduces weight for a given amount of armor. The vehicle is powered by a 179 kW engine offering a maximum road speed of 110 km/h with a maximum cruising range of 1,000 km.

The design of the MILKOR 4x4 is very unique, there is no doors on the sides, crew and infantrymen can enter and leave the vehicle via a hydraulic ramp located at the rear of the vehicle. The Milkor 4x4 has been designed with the user's experience in mind. The most noticeable feature is the width of the cabin that allows for a more comfortable experience. Due to the nature of work that these vehicles shall be used for, the extra space in the cabin creates a much more stable working environment, maximizing the potential for a safe and comfortable journey.

The MILKOR offers B7 ballistic protection and mine protection, to protect the crew and infantrymen against firing of small arms, artillery shell splinters and mine blast.
The top of the vehicle is fitted with a remotely operated weapon station that can be armed with one machine gun up to 12.7mm caliber, there is also 4 smoke grenade dischargers mounted on each side of the roof.

Latest technologies combined with new concept design allow for a more comfortable and complete interior rear cabin, allowing for a safer, more secure working environment. Transformation into a command, ambulance and police unit is one of the many advantages offered to suit the needs of customers. Due to the commercial, off the shelf components used in strategic areas, upgrades and maintenance can be easily configured.
